小麦高分子量谷蛋白亚基与小麦品质性状关系的研究

采用 SDS- PAGE方法 ,通过对 4个优质亲本与 3个农艺亲本间杂交获得的 F2 群体的每一单株及其亲本进行小麦高分子量谷蛋白亚基 ( HMW- GS)组成分析 ,并对每一 F2 单株上 F3籽粒群体的高分子量谷蛋白亚基组成与其籽粒蛋白质含量、SDS-沉降值的关系进行研究 ,结果表明 :小麦高分子量谷蛋白亚基组成不同的群体间籽粒蛋白质含量差异不显著 ,但其 SDS-沉降值差异达显著或极显著水平。根据本研究 ,建议在我国小麦品质遗传育种中 ,采用 SDS- PAGE法 ,选择优质材料作亲本 ,在杂交早代 ,选择具有 5+10亚基对的单株 ,并结合测定蛋白质含量、 SDS-沉降值及其它品质性状进行后代选择 ,培育品质优良的小麦品种 ,以改良我国小麦品种的品质 SDS-PAGE method was used to analyze the composition of high molecular weight glutenin subunits (HMW-GS) of each F2 population and its parents obtained from the cross between four high-quality parents and three agronomic parents, The relationship between high molecular weight glutenin subunit of F3 population and grain protein content and SDS-sedimentation value of F2 population was studied.
