齿轮传动系统的扭振特性对瓦斯抽放钻机的工作性能具有重要影响。基于虚拟样机技术,采用ADMAS软件对齿轮传动系统扭振特性进行仿真分析,得到恒定负载下的系统各传动轴角速度及角加速度的变化规律。仿真结果表明,钻机负载越大,各传动轴的角速度及角加速度波动幅度越大;相同负载下,传动系统级数越高,角速度和角加速度的波动越大,扭振也越剧烈。研究结果对于瓦斯抽放钻机齿轮传动系统的设计具有一定的指导意义。
Torsional vibration characteristics of gear drive systems have a significant impact on the performance of a gas drainage rig. Based on the virtual prototype technology, the torsional vibration characteristics of gear drive system are simulated by using ADMAS software, and the variation rules of angular velocity and angular acceleration of each transmission shaft under constant load are obtained. The simulation results show that the larger the load of drilling rig, the greater the fluctuation of angular velocity and angular acceleration of each transmission shaft. The higher the number of transmission system under the same load, the greater the fluctuation of angular velocity and angular acceleration, the more severe the torsional vibration. The research results are of guiding significance to the design of gear drive system of gas drainage drilling rig.
