核心竞争力是指企业所具有的开发独特产品、独特技术以及独特组织管理的能力。它具有三个方面的基本特征:一是主导性。通常表现在一定的企业产品、技术和管理要素上,并且是这些要素中核心的部分或环节。二是独特性。主要表现为企业产品和服务带给消费者的独特价值和效益,是企业所独有的、其它企业难以模仿和学习的能力。三是成长性。即不同阶段应有不同内容和形式的核心能力。
Core competitiveness refers to the ability of an enterprise to develop unique products, unique technologies, and unique organizational management. It has three basic characteristics: First, it is dominant. It usually appears in certain enterprise products, technologies, and management elements, and is the core part or part of these elements. The second is uniqueness. It is mainly manifested in the unique value and benefits brought by the products and services of the company to consumers. It is unique to the company and it is difficult for others to imitate and learn. The third is growth. That is, different phases and different forms of core competencies are required.
