从花椒凤蝶(Papilio xuthus Linnaeus)幼虫中分离到一株核型多角体病毒,其多角体平面图象为四、五边形或近圆形,直径1.6—4.0微米,病毒粒子杆状,微弯,两端圆滑,约360×45毫微米。室内和野外在自然条件下试验结果表明,此株病毒对花椒凤蝶幼虫有较强的致病力,对三龄幼虫的LC_(50)为1.4×10~(4.2)多角体/毫升,y=2.48+0.61x。野外防治效果可达85%以上,好于常用化学农药乐果和马拉硫磷。此株病毒对家蚕、柞蚕和瓢虫无致病作用。
A nuclear polyhedrosis virus was isolated from the larvae of Papilio xuthus Linnaeus. Its polyhedron planar image was tetragonal, pentagonal or nearly circular with a diameter of 1.6-4.0 μm. The virus particles were rod-shaped and slightly curved , Smooth at both ends, about 360 × 45 nm. The indoor and outdoor test results under natural conditions showed that this strain of virus had a strong virulence on the larvae of Papilio papyrifera. The LC 50 of the third instar larvae was 1.4 × 10 ~ (4.2) polyhedra / ml, and y = 2.48 + 0.61x. Field control effect of up to 85%, better than the commonly used chemical pesticides and malathion. This strain of virus on silkworm, tussah and ladybug no pathogenic role.
