本文应用系统聚类分析方法,对贵州省境内所获的21种啮齿目及食虫目动物体表革螨群落进行了初步分类。褐家鼠、黄胸鼠及小家鼠体表革螨群落为同一类型;大绒鼠与黑腹绒鼠为同一类型;大足鼠与黄毛鼠为同一类型;针毛鼠与社鼠为同一类型;黑线姬鼠与灰麝鼩为同一类型。结果提示,宿主体表革螨群落相似程度,与宿主的亲缘关系及所处生态环境有关。
In this paper, systematic clustering analysis was used to classify the surface mite mites of 21 species of rodents and carnivores in Guizhou Province. Rattus norvegicus, Rattus flavipectus and Mus musculus showed the same type of body; mites and black gazelle were the same type; Dazu and Rattus norvegicus were the same type; Type; Apodemus agrarius and ash musk tail for the same type. The results suggest that the host body surface mite community similarity, and host the genetic relationship and the ecological environment.
