针对液力变矩器涡轮叶片较薄及整体质量不大的结构特点,为提高其生产率及产品质量,采用高压铸造工艺,并通过数值模拟进行工艺验证,充分预测多种铸造缺陷,进行高压铸造生产。采用ProCAST铸造模拟软件,对涡轮高压铸造充型、热传导、凝固过程和应力场进行数值模拟分析,并对涡轮高压铸造的实际生产工艺参数进行验证。制定液力变矩器涡轮高压铸造生产流程,确定了高压铸造的最终工艺参数。
In order to improve the productivity and product quality of the torque converter turbine blades, the structure of the turbine blades is thinner and the quality of the whole is not high. The high-pressure casting process is adopted and the process verification is carried out by numerical simulation. Various casting defects are fully predicted, produce. ProCAST casting simulation software is used to simulate the filling, heat conduction, solidification process and stress field of high-pressure turbine.
