目的研究龙眼Dimocarpus longan果皮的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱、聚酰胺柱以及葡聚糖凝胶色谱等手段对龙眼果皮乙醇提取物进行分离纯化,并利用理化性质和光谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果从龙眼果皮乙醇提取物中分离出13个化合物,分别鉴定为木栓酮(1)、木栓醇(2)、(24R)-豆甾-4-烯-3-酮(3)、β-谷甾醇(4)、呋喃丙烯酸(5)、异莨菪亭(6)、β-胡萝卜苷(7)、没食子酸(8)、柯里拉京(9)、对羟基苯甲酸庚酯(10)、没食子酸甲酯(11)、4-O-α-L-鼠李糖基-鞣花酸(12)、鞣花酸(13)。结论化合物3~7、10和12为首次从龙眼果皮中分得,其中化合物5为首次报道的天然产物。
Objective To study the chemical composition of pericarp of longan Dimocarpus longan. Methods Silica gel column, polyamide column and Sephadex GLC were used to separate and purify the ethanolic extracts of longan pericarps. The structures of the compounds were identified by the physicochemical properties and spectral data. Results Thirteen compounds were isolated from the ethanol extract of pericarp pericarp. The compounds were identified as xylitol (1), cilosolol (2), (24R) -timast-4-en-3-one - sitosterol (4), furan acrylic acid (5), isosutrytin (6), beta-daucosterol (7), gallic acid (8), corilagin (9), heptyl paraben (10) , Methyl gallate (11), 4-O-α-L-rhamnosyl-ellagic acid (12), ellagic acid (13). Conclusion Compounds 3 to 7, 10 and 12 were isolated from longan peel for the first time, of which compound 5 was the first reported natural product.
