每年12月到2月为期12周的冬训是全年训练计划中的重中之重,成功的冬训可以为即将开始的新赛季打下良好基础。根据年龄组运动员的生理特点,在冬训中应以全面发展身体素质为重点,进行灵敏性、协调性、柔韧性、力量性和耐力性等多种训练。对于游泳年龄组训练来说,冬训主要有两个训练目的,一是打好有氧基础,进行能量储备;二是狠抓年龄组运动员的技术细节。
The 12-week winter training program from December to February each year is the top priority of the annual training program, and successful winter training can lay a good foundation for the upcoming new season. According to the physiological characteristics of the athletes in the age group, in winter training should focus on the overall development of physical fitness, sensitivity, coordination, flexibility, strength and endurance and other training. For swimming age group training, the winter training mainly has two training purposes, one is laying aerobic basis for energy reserves; the second is to pay close attention to the technical details of the age group of athletes.
