人血与人发中含有多种常量及微量元素。以往的分析仅限于单元素。本文应用电感耦合氩等离子发射光谱法同时测定人血与人发中十六种元素,方法简便快速,可应用于临床分析。实验部份 1.仪器装置:日本岛津制作所产ICPQ-1OO型电感耦合等离子光量计。 2.试剂与标准溶液:均为光谱纯或优级纯。按表一配制成两套标准溶液的最高点及空白,其余标准溶液均由此逐级稀释。
Human blood and human hair contains a variety of constants and trace elements. Past analysis is limited to single elements. In this paper, inductively coupled argon plasma emission spectrometry simultaneous determination of 16 elements in human blood and human hair, the method is simple and rapid, and can be applied to clinical analysis. Experimental part 1. Instrument: Made in Japan Shimadzu ICPQ-1OO type inductively coupled plasma spectrometer. 2. Reagents and standard solution: All pure or pure grade spectrum. Prepare two sets of standard solution according to Table 1, the highest point and the blank, the remaining standard solution are thus gradual dilution.
