心钠素是一种由心脏分泌的激素,具有利钠、利尿等多种重要的生理功能。本文应用先进的免疫金技术,在电镜水平上对心钠素在大鼠心肌细胞中的定位和分布进行了探讨。观察结果表明,心钠素分泌颗粒呈圆形,有单位膜包绕,直径约在200-500nm之间,分布于心房肌细胞的肌浆内,尤以核旁最为多见。其次,在肌原纤维间及肌膜下亦可见到。大鼠心钠素与α-人心钠素有完全交叉反应。本文观察结果为今后利用大鼠作为动物模型,深入开展心钠素的研究提供了参考材料。
Atrial natriuretic factor is a hormone secreted by the heart, with sodium, diuretic and other important physiological functions. In this paper, advanced immunogold technique was used to investigate the location and distribution of atrial natriuretic peptide in rat cardiomyocytes at electron microscopy. Observations showed that atrial natriuretic granules are round, surrounded by a unit membrane, the diameter of about 200-500nm, located in the sarcoplasmic sarcopenia, especially in the most common nuclear. Second, in myofibrils and subconjunctival can be seen. Rat atrial natriuretic peptide and a-human atrial natriuretic peptide have a complete cross-reaction. The results of this paper for the future use of rat as an animal model, in-depth study of atrial natriuretic peptide provides a reference material.
