目的测定大佛指银杏中银杏酚酸的含量,为制定银杏产品的质量标准提供参考。方法利用超声萃取方法提取银杏酚酸,用高压液相色谱法(HPLC)测定大佛指银杏的中种皮、内种皮、胚乳和胚芽中的银杏酚酸含量。结果胚芽中的银杏酚酸含量最高64.415μg/g,依次是内种皮中的含量为16.030μg/g,中种皮中的含量为5.277μg/g,胚乳中的含量为0.103μg/g。结论大佛指银杏的中种皮、内种皮、胚乳和胚芽中都含有白果新酸(C13∶0)、白果酸(C15∶1)、十七烷二烯银杏酸(C17:2)、氢化白果酸(C15∶0)、十七烷一烯银杏酸(C17:1);胚芽中银杏酚酸总量最高,在今后银杏的开发中可以考虑不含胚芽的产品。
Objective To determine the content of Ginkgo biloba in Giant Buddha, and to provide a reference for developing the quality standard of Ginkgo biloba. Methods The ginkgolic acids were extracted by ultrasonic extraction and the content of ginkgolic acids in the seed coat, endocarp, endosperm and germ of Ginkgo biloba was determined by high pressure liquid chromatography (HPLC). Results The content of ginkgolic acids in the germ was the highest 64.415μg / g, followed by the inner seed coat 16.030μg / g, the middle seed coat 5.277μg / g and the endosperm 0.103μg / g. CONCLUSION Ginkgo biloba, endocarp, endosperm and germ contain ginkgo acid (C13: 0), ginkgo acid (C15: 1), heptadecadiene diene ginkgolic acid (C17: 2) Ginkgo acid (C15: 0), heptadecane monoglyceride (C17: 1); the highest total amount of ginkgolic acids in germ, the germ-free products can be considered in the development of ginkgo in the future.
