矿井抽放瓦斯工作中,钻孔封堵是不可缺少的重要环节,封堵质量的好坏直接影响到抽放效果。目前我国一般仍采取人工封堵,此法在封堵致密岩层中的浅孔时尚可保证质量,而在封堵裂隙发育、负压较大的破碎岩层或煤层中的钻孔时,必须加大堵孔深度(一般为5~10米)才能保证质量。堵孔越深,插入孔内的钢管越长,从而相应地增加了劳动强度和材料消耗。为了解决这些问题,我们对水泥砂浆封孔法的工艺、器具进行改进,研制试用了脱管压气封孔法。这种方法可以大大降低钢材消耗,减轻劳动强度,提高封孔工效。

In order to solve these problems, we improved the technology and equipment of sealing method of cement mortar, and developed a new type of pipe sealing method. This method can greatly reduce the consumption of steel, reduce labor intensity and improve sealing efficiency.
