本文研究了少量Si(1.5%、2.5%)对Fe-25Cr合金在H_2S-H_2混合气氛中高温硫化行为的影响。在800℃以上加Si一定程度地提高了Fe-25Cr合金的抗硫化性能。由于硫化过程中硫化层发生开裂,使得含Si合金有些硫化增重曲线的规律性较差。含Si合金生成了比较完整、均匀的(Cr、Fe)_2S_3内硫化层,但保护作用不大。在对硫化动力学曲线、硫化层结构和组成分析的基础上探讨了Fe-25Cr-xSi合金的硫化机理及Si元素的作用。
In this paper, the effect of a small amount of Si (1.5%, 2.5%) on the high-temperature vulcanization behavior of Fe-25Cr alloy in H 2 S-H 2 mixed atmosphere was studied. Adding Si above 800 ℃ increased the anti-sulfidation properties of Fe-25Cr alloy to some extent. Due to cracking of vulcanized layer during vulcanization, some vulcanization-weighted curves of Si-containing alloys have poor regularity. The Si-containing alloy formed a relatively complete and uniform (Cr, Fe) _2S_3 sulfide layer, but its protective effect was insignificant. The vulcanization mechanism and the effect of Si element in Fe-25Cr-xSi alloy were discussed based on the analysis of curing kinetics curve, sulfide layer structure and composition.
