无产阶级新闻事业的喉舌作用,就在于不折不扣地、认认真真地向人民群众宣传党的路线、方针和政策,不仅让人们知道某项政策,而且让人们了解制定政策的背景、理论依据、目的和意义,同时还要让他们懂得实施这一政策的具体步骤、方法和要求。这样,才能使党的政策变为群众的自觉行动。但是很长一段时间以来,新闻工作在政策宣传上由于受到多种因素的制约,加之新闻工作者的政策观念在一定程度上有所淡化,学习、研究之风有所减退,致使在“左”的干扰时期,出现了“困难来了讲政策,形势好了忘政策,运动来了批政策”的现象。总结
