已取得土地但无力开发的房地产商将项目转让是非常必要的,这样可以盘活土地资源,以发挥其最大效用。房地产项目转让,主要有两种方式:一是在建工程项目直接转让;二是受让项目公司股权间接转让。文章将对两种形式的要求、程序、优势等进行浅述。
It is necessary for real estate developers who have acquired the land but are unable to develop the project to transfer the project so as to activate the land resources and maximize its effectiveness.
