所谓专项体能训练:即根据专项的需要与专项有密切联系的专门身体训练,发展和改善与专项运动成绩有直接关系的专项运动素质和专项所需的身体形态和机能。目前基层有不少教练员、教师对本项目认识不足,对自己所从事的专项缺乏深刻的理解,训练目的性不够明确,训练的方法、手段、内容等,脱离专项发展的需要,浪费不少时间,训练效率也低。为提高跨栏项目的训练效益,培养更多像刘翔那样的跨栏后备人才,促进我国田径竞技技术水平的提高,本文作者根据有关资料的研究分析,结合自己的专项训练实践,略谈跨栏运动员专项体能训练的方法和手段,与同行们共同探讨。
