铜山区总工会把工资集体协商作为工会维权机制建设的核心内容,积极创新工作方法,强化工作措施,全区工资集体协商工作扎实推进,工资集体协商率达96%。加大考核,注重奖惩。铜山区总工会出台《铜山区工资集体协商考核办法》,使其更具可操作性。年初,铜山区总工会就筹措工资集体专项资金30余万元,用于开展工资集体协商工作及考核奖惩。同时将工资集体协商作为幸福企业创建及工会评先选优的重要内容,实行一票否决。
