高质量的校本教研推动了教师的专业发展,但是也有为数不少的学校在开展校本教研活动中存在很多问题与误区。近两年来,县上多次举办优质课竞赛,我在一些新课程改革实验学校听了多节公开课,大多数教师的课堂教学都贯彻了新课改理念,但同时,我也看到一些教师对新课程的精髓还没有真正理解,在教育教学中还存在较为严重的形式主义,其中,课堂教学的形式化是新课改校本教研中最大的误区。
High quality school-based teaching and research has promoted the professional development of teachers, but there are also many problems and misunderstandings in carrying out school-based teaching and research activities in a large number of schools. In the past two years, the prefecture has held the Quality Courses Competition many times. I listened to many open lessons in some new curriculum reform experiment schools. Most teachers' classroom teaching has implemented the new curriculum reform concept. At the same time, I have also seen some Teachers have not really understood the essence of the new curriculum, but there are still more serious formalism in education and teaching. Among them, the formalization of classroom teaching is the biggest misunderstanding in the new curriculum reform.
