基于计算机仿真技术的矿井输送机机电耦合系统研究

以SQT-8500型长距离带式输送机的机电耦合系统为研究对象,利用Matlab8.0和Simulink7.0两个计算机仿真工具建立了单电机变频调速矢量控制模型。利用该仿真模型制定出3个三电机主从控制方案,并通过计算机对每个方案进行仿真模拟,分析了仿真结果,最终确定电机1作为主驱动电机,电机2和电机3参数根据电机1输出的电磁转矩来给定是最佳主从控制方案。该研究为多滚筒变频驱动的应用奠定了理论基础。 Taking the electromechanical coupling system of SQT-8500 long-distance belt conveyor as the research object, a single-motor variable frequency vector control model was established by using two computer simulation tools Matlab8.0 and Simulink7.0. Based on this simulation model, three master-slave three-motor control schemes are developed. Each scheme is simulated by computer, and the simulation results are analyzed. Finally, motor 1 is selected as the main drive motor, and motor 2 and motor 3 parameters are output according to the output of motor 1 The electromagnetic torque given is the best master-slave control scheme. The research lays a theoretical foundation for the application of multi-drum frequency conversion drive.
