目的 :探讨了不同复方制剂中柴胡薄层层析的条件。方法 :薄层层析法。结果 :用氯仿 甲醇 水 (体积比7∶3∶1) 10℃以下静置的下层液为展开剂 ,在以羧甲基纤维素钠为粘合剂的硅胶G板上分离柴胡皂甙 ,以体积分数为 2 %的对二甲氨基苯甲醛溶液为显色剂 (以体积分数为 4 0 %的硫酸溶液为溶剂 ) ,热风吹至斑点显色清晰。结论 :复方制剂中柴胡薄层层析可作为复方制剂中柴胡皂甙的定性鉴别条件
Objective: To explore the conditions of thin-layer chromatography of Bupleurum in different compound preparations. Method : Thin layer chromatography. RESULTS: Separation of saikosaponin on a silica gel G-plate with sodium carboxymethyl cellulose as a developing agent was carried out using chloroform-methanol-water (volume ratio 7:3:1) as a developing solution at a temperature of 10°C or less. The dimethylaminobenzaldehyde solution with a volume fraction of 2% is a chromogenic reagent (40% by volume of sulfuric acid solution as a solvent). The hot air is blown until the spots are clearly visible. Conclusion : Thin-layer chromatography of Bupleurum chinense in compound preparations can be used as a qualitative identification condition for saikosaponin in compound preparations
