在突发事件的传播过程中,由于新媒体的参与,突发事件传播更加快捷、迅速。一方面,受众可以更加快速地知晓与事件有关的诸多信息,另一方面,公共危机事件传播过程中也暴露出了不规范的问题。从危机传播视角下对突发事件的传播进行过规范,需要从以下三个方面进行:政府加强对新媒体的法规建设,受众提升使用新媒体的道德规范以及新媒体与传统媒体融合应对危机。
In the process of dissemination of emergencies, the dissemination of emergencies is faster and faster due to the participation of new media. On the one hand, the audience can more quickly know a lot of information related to the incident, on the other hand, the public crisis incident has also exposed the issue of irregularities. From the perspective of crisis communication to regulate the spread of emergencies, from the following three aspects: the government to strengthen the building of new media laws and regulations, the audience to enhance the use of new media, ethics and new media integration with traditional media to cope with the crisis.
