明光中心粮站站长姜跃、出纳员汪玉兰因参与套取、私分国家粮食收购资金受到查处。2001年以来,明光中心粮站采取虚开收购、虚开调进、调出粮食差价等方式,套取国家粮食收购资金460余万元,其中190万元入单位大帐,210余万元入单位“小金库”,60万元未入帐。未入帐的60万元被姜跃、汪玉兰等人私分。姜分得20．8万元,汪分得18．3万元。
