科学合理的设置景区标识系统能够提高景区的服务水平,也是建设智慧景区的重要基础。本文特选择西安市的三家AAAAA景区作为研究的对象,通过问卷调查的形式,分析其标识系统建设的现状以及存在的问题,并提出了改进建议,期望能为景区的发展提供一定的借鉴。 Scientific and reasonable scenic spot marking system can improve the service level of the scenic spot and also an important foundation for building a smart scenic spot. In this paper, three AAAAA scenic spots in Xi’an are selected as the research object. Through the questionnaire survey, the status quo and existing problems of the construction of the identification system are analyzed. Some suggestions for improvement are put forward, which hope to provide some reference for the development of scenic spots.
