目的:检测卵巢上皮性肿瘤患者血清中干扰素诱导蛋白-10(IP-10)的含量,并结合临床病理特征分析IP-10在卵巢上皮性肿瘤侵袭转移过程中的作用。方法:采用ELISA法检测20例正常对照、20例卵巢良性上皮性肿瘤患者、48例卵巢上皮性癌患者血清中IP-10的含量,并对其与手术病理分期、组织学分级、组织学类型进行分析。结果:IP-10在卵巢上皮性癌患者血清中含量均显著低于卵巢良性上皮性肿瘤患者及正常对照组(P<0.01),且IP-IO在卵巢上皮性癌患者血清中的含量与手术病理分期(P<0.05)、组织学分级相关(P<0.05),而与组织学类型无相关性(P>0.05)。结论:卵巢上皮性癌患者血清中p-10含量与手术病理分期、组织学分级有关,并与卵巢上皮癌的侵袭、转移、疾病进展有关。
Objective: To detect the content of interferon-inducible protein-10 (IP-10) in the serum of patients with epithelial ovarian cancer and to analyze the role of IP-10 in the invasion and metastasis of epithelial ovarian tumor in combination with clinicopathological features. Methods: The serum levels of IP-10 in 20 normal controls, 20 patients with benign epithelial ovarian tumors and 48 patients with epithelial ovarian cancer were detected by ELISA.
