制备两种不同厚度的PVA-PAA/AN-PVA无纺布膜,对其进行SEM表征,并比较两种膜对渗透汽化耦合油酸甲酯化转化率的影响。结果表明,膜通量是影响转化率的重要因素。与不用渗透汽化膜分离的油酸甲酯化对照实验相比,耦合渗透汽化膜分离可同时提高反应速率及转化率。在相同条件下,探讨温度、醇油物质的量之比、膜性能对转化率的影响。
Two different thicknesses of PVA-PAA / AN-PVA non-woven fabric films were prepared and characterized by SEM. The effects of the two films on pervaporation coupled with methyl ester conversion of oleic acid were also compared. The results show that membrane flux is an important factor affecting the conversion rate. Compared with the control experiment of oleic acid methyl ester separation without pervaporation membrane, the coupling pervaporation membrane can improve the reaction rate and the conversion rate at the same time. Under the same conditions, the effects of temperature, the ratio of the amount of alcohol to oil and the membrane performance on the conversion were investigated.
