POEMS综合征是一多系统病变,常伴发于骨硬化性骨髓瘤,比较罕见,笔者遇到2例,报告如下。(一)病例摘要例1:女性,34岁,工人。因头昏3个月,伴进行性两下肢无力2周于1989年8月入院。发病来曾有一过性头痛,无恶心呕吐,下肢麻木从趾向大腿。大小便正常。发病来月经量明显减少,经期正常。全身皮肤颜色逐渐加深,呈棕色。院外头颅CT、MRI检查正常。体检:神清,BP13.3/9.3kPa,心肺正常,肝肋下3.0cm,质硬,无触痛,脾肋下1cm,全身皮肤棕褐色,乳晕较深,无溢乳。眼底检查视乳头明显水肿,颅神经(-),两上肢肌力Ⅳ~+级,肌张力低,腱反射消失,股四头肌、二头肌力Ⅳ级,胫前肌力0级,肌张力低,腱反射消失,皮肤针刺觉存在,病理反射未引出。实 POEMS syndrome is a multi-system disease, often associated with osteosclerosis, relatively rare, I encountered two cases, the report is as follows.
