运用科学管理方法,用好、管好、修好进口设备,是实现设备完好的重要保证。而技术培训又是消化和掌握引进线设备和工艺的关键。我厂自一九七八年建厂以来,狠抓了技术培训工作,效果显著。 一、举办外语学习班 从一九七八年十月至一九七九年六月,我厂先后共办十期日语学习班,320人参加学习,为去日本实习人员创造了条件,并为职工阅读翻译日语技术资料打下了基础。 二、选拔技术骨干出国实习 一九七九年十月起,我厂共选送技术骨干四批344人赴日本四家公司实习三至六个月。回国后立即投入设备安装、生产技术准备和青工的技术培训等
Using scientific management methods to use, manage, and repair imported equipment is an important guarantee for achieving good equipment. Holding a Foreign Language Study Class From October 1978 to June 1979, our factory successively organized 10 Japanese language classes and 320 people participated in the study.
