本文通过对一个村庄治理过程的描述 ,探讨了其有效治理的机制与资源 ,并在此基础上认为 ,村庄本质上是具有自主治理能力的 ,它拥有着治理其自身的各种资源 ,因而国家在提高对乡村社会的治理绩效时 ,应注意引导和支持村庄的自主治理。 Based on the description of a village governance process, this paper explores the mechanisms and resources for its effective governance.
