目的 探讨IVF-ET治疗过程中不同阶段患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪变化.方法 方便取样法选择2017年1月—2019年1月于北京市某三甲医院生殖中心就诊,分别处于IVF-ET周期的门诊诊疗阶段、用药治疗阶段、取卵围术期阶段和胚胎移植阶段的女性不孕症患者为研究对象.采用问卷调查法调查患者一般资料,采用自评焦虑量表和自评抑郁量表进行焦虑抑郁情绪评价.结果 共发放调查问卷900份,回收有效问卷823份,有效回收率91.4％.823名调查对象中有262名患者处于门诊诊疗阶段、267名处于用药治疗阶段、134名处于取卵围
