艾沙康唑作为一类重要的三唑类抗真菌药物,属于新型药物,在减轻患者痛苦,治疗疾病方面发挥着极大的作用,目前在临床治疗深部真菌感染有广泛的应用。4-溴乙酰基苯腈是艾沙康唑重要的有机中间体,伴随着艾沙康唑在国内市场需求量的增加,该有机中间体也拥有了较为广阔的市场,因此有很强的研发及应用价值。本文通过用对乙酰基苯甲酸作为为起始原料,设计了一条绿色环保的合成路线,以此来增加4-溴乙酰基苯腈的产率和质量。
Isaconazole, an important class of triazole antifungal drugs, belongs to a new class of drugs and plays a very important role in alleviating the suffering of patients and treating diseases. Currently, it has been widely used in clinical treatment of deep fungal infections. 4-Bromoacetylbenzonitrile is an important organic intermediate of Isoconazole. With the increasing demand of Isoconazole in the domestic market, this organic intermediate also possesses a vast market, so it has strong R & D And application value. In this paper, by using p-acetylbenzoic acid as a starting material, a green synthetic route was designed to increase the yield and quality of 4-bromoacetylbenzonitrile.
