加强学校德育工作,必须研究它的实效性理论问题。为此本文在理论方面着重研究了接受教育者的特征;进行工作的基本规律;排除工作中的障碍因素及关于心理素质对德育效果的影响因素。意图通过这些研究,较好地解决目前学校德育教育工作中存在的问题。
To strengthen moral education in schools, we must study its theoretical problems of actual effect. Therefore, this paper focuses on the theoretical aspects of the characteristics of educators, the basic rules of work, excluding the obstacles in work and the influencing factors of psychological quality on the effects of moral education. Through these researches, it is hoped that the existing problems in moral education in schools will be solved well.
