迄今为止,世界上各种齿根应力计算标准,均以悬臂公式为基础。这种方法缺陷较大,且较为复杂陈旧。为此本文提出直接从有限元法和相似理论出发,建立齿根应力计算公式及确定真实齿形系数的意见。本文同时对ISO/DP633B/Ⅲ中齿根应力随着齿数等参数的变化规律进行了分析,提出了几点疑问,并认为其应力修正系数y,及静强度下的相对齿根圆角敏感系数Y_(δrelT)可能存在一些值得商确的问题。
So far, the world’s various root stress calculation standards, are based on the cantilever formula. This method has larger defects and is more complicated and outdated. In this paper, the author puts forward the suggestion of establishing the calculation formula of the root stress and determining the true cogs directly from the finite element method and the similar theory. In the meantime, the change law of tooth root stress in ISO / DP633B / Ⅲ with the number of teeth is analyzed and some questions are put forward. The stress correction coefficient y and relative root-mean-square sensitivity coefficient Y_ (δrelT) There may be some issues that warrant a degree of accuracy.
