在小学,三十岁以下的青年教师很多,他们是迎着教育改革的春风成长起来的一代新人,对于打破传道、授业、解惑的传统教育模式他们的态度更坚决。在如何引导儿童自主学习的问题上,他们的点子最多。他们正与学生们建立起互尊互爱的新型师生关系。比较中学和大学,小学的素质教育开展得更红火、更真实。本文讲述的三位小学青年女教师年龄都在三十岁以下,是学校的教学骨干,通过了解她们教学成功的事例,我们会对教育改革的前景充满信心。
In primary schools, there are many young teachers under the age of 30 who are new generations who have grown up in the spring of education reform and are more determined to break the traditional education model of preaching, giving lessons and doubts. They have the most ideas on how to guide children to learn independently. They are working with students to create a new relationship of mutual trust and mutual trust between teachers and students. Compared with secondary schools and universities, quality education in primary schools is booming and more realistic. The three young primary school teachers covered in this paper are under the age of 30 and are the backbone of the school. By understanding the success stories of their teaching, we will have confidence in the prospect of education reform.
