叙述了我国有关超载运输的现状。介绍了便携式汽车动态称重仪和固定式汽车动态称重仪的结构和工作原理。阐述了轮承载质量信号处理方法。通过实验证实便携式动态称重仪的称台-传感器-基座系统具有二阶系统的特征。将截尾单位阶跃函数作用于该二阶系统,经数学仿真表明通过调整阻尼比可以减少系统响应的过冲量。用便携式动态称重仪实测了两种车速下的轮承载质量,给出了轴承载质量信号处理过程的计算机程序流程图。
Describes the current situation of overloading transportation in our country. The structure and working principle of portable car dynamic weighing instrument and stationary car dynamic weighing instrument are introduced. The wheel bearing mass signal processing method is described. The experiment confirmed that the platform-sensor-base system of the portable dynamic weighing instrument has the characteristics of the second-order system. The truncated unit step function is applied to the second order system. The mathematical simulation shows that the overshoot of the system response can be reduced by adjusting the damping ratio. A portable dynamic weighing instrument was used to measure the wheel bearing mass under two kinds of vehicle speeds. The flow chart of the computer program of the bearing load mass signal processing was given.
