由于镁参与多种酶的代谢过程,当低镁血症时,则可导致心肌产生 ATP的量减少及心肌细胞运转离子的功能障碍,因而与心脏疾患之间存在着极其密切的关系。许多资料表明 AMI、肺心病及心力衰竭时都存在着低镁倾向,尤其在难治性心律失常时使用镁剂常可取得显著效果。临床上通常作试验性补镁,使许多难治性疾病得到满意的控制。一般认为血清 Mg~(++)浓度并不能真实反映体内 Mg~(++)的水平。
Because magnesium is involved in the metabolic processes of many enzymes, hypomagnesemia can lead to a decrease in the amount of ATP produced by the myocardium and dysfunction of myocardial cells in functioning ions, and thus has an extremely close relationship with heart disease. Many sources indicate that there is a tendency toward low magnesium in AMI, cor pulmonale, and heart failure, especially with refractory arrhythmias. Clinical trials usually make magnesium, so that many refractory diseases are satisfactorily controlled. Generally believed that serum Mg ~ (++) concentration does not truly reflect the level of Mg ~ (++) in vivo.
