研究了1种由稀土金属镧化合物和环糊精笼型这一特殊结构构成的新型β-环糊精衍生物稀土成核剂(β-CD-MAH-La)对聚丙烯(i PP)结晶性能的影响。WAXD结果表明:β-CD-MAH-La能诱导i PP生成β晶型,当质量分数为0.8%时,β晶相对质量分数可达0.84;DSC曲线表明:β-CD-MAH-La在147℃出现β晶型熔融峰,改性i PP的结晶温度较空白i PP有明显地提高,表明添加了稀土β成核剂可诱导i PP中α晶向β晶转变,表明其具有高效的β成核作用。
A new kind of β-cyclodextrin derivative rare earth nucleating agent (β-CD-MAH-La) consisting of a rare earth metal lanthanum compound and a cyclodextrin cage was studied for the crystallization of polypropylene (i PP) The impact of performance.
