This is the story of Zhou Haijiang, Chairman of the Red Bean Group. There is a traditional story about “a monk carrying water and drinking, two monks carrying water, and three monks without water.” Recently, someone has compiled a new story of “three monks drinking more water,” which is also based on innovation. There are three innovative ways here: One way is to let three monks engage in relay races. Everyone picks a segment, everyone is not tired, and the water is quickly filled. This is a method of collaboration. The second method called “mechanism innovation.” The second method is that the old monk has established a new temple regulation. Whoever chooses a lot of water, eats and adds a dish; who has little water and eats rice. As a result, the three monks are desperate to carry water. This method is called “management innovation.” The third method is for the three young monks to discuss how to use water from a hill to make pipes to divert water into the water tank in the temple. This is called “technological innovation” and the three monks no longer worry about drinking water. (Hu recommended)
