OBJECTIVE: To investigate the characteristics of cardiovascular reflex and regulation of human beings exposed at different angles and at different angles, and to screen out the effective physiologic evaluation index and the best technical scheme of tilt test for the selection and identification of pilots. Methods: A total of 20 healthy volunteers were divided into different angles (+60 ° / °) using a self-developed multi-functional two-way medical tilt bed combined with 12-lead synchronous electrocardiography and transcranial Doppler cerebral blood flow imaging (+ 75 ° / time, + 90 ° / time) HRV and cerebral blood flow rate under head-high oblique exposure. Results: ①Compared with pre-exposure, heart rate significantly increased after exposure, mean RR interval and pulse pressure difference decreased significantly (P <0.05 ~ 0.01); RR interval standard deviation was at + 75 ° (P <0.05). The coefficient of variation of HR was significantly reduced at + 90 °, with significant difference (P <0.05). Systolic pressure was + 60 ° (P <0.05 ~ 0.01). The diastolic blood pressure increased significantly at 20 ’, with significant difference (P <0.01). The maximum systolic velocity was + 60 ° 20 ’, + 75 ° 20’ and + 90 ° 20 ’decreased significantly (P <0.01). The average blood flow rate decreased significantly at + 90 ° Sex differences (P <0.05 ~ 0.01?
