大气污染物中的PM_(2.5)和空气中的粉尘、稀土颗粒等是诱导心血管系统、呼吸系统等疾病发生的重要环境危险因素,目前研究发现颗粒物对肺组织的损伤除了与氧化损伤和炎性损伤有关外,还与c-jun氨基末端转移酶(JNK)信号通路有关。本文主要介绍JNK信号通路与PM_(2.5)、粉尘和稀土颗粒的损伤机制,明确JNK信号通路与其所致细胞损伤的具体机制,可能为临床上相关疾病提供新的分子治疗靶点。
PM 2.5 in air pollutants and airborne dust and rare earth particles are important environmental risk factors for inducing diseases such as cardiovascular system and respiratory system. This article mainly introduces the mechanism of JNK signaling pathway and PM 2.5, dust and rare earth particles damage mechanism, and clarify the specific mechanism of JNK signaling pathway and cell damage caused by it, which may provide new target of molecular therapy for clinically relevant diseases.
