在比较马桑毒素及 4种杀虫剂对虫体内酯酶活力影响的基础上 ,分析了酯酶应激性反应的异同性。结果表明 ,马桑毒素 B及 4种药剂处理后试虫酯酶相对活力发生了显著变化。其酯酶基因的表达有 3种类型 ,即稳定型、应激型和可抑型。同工酶谱分布频率、相似系数 Rij、聚类分析及基因表达率分析结果表明 ,马桑毒素 B与其它 4种药剂处理间的相关性较小 ,但处理 1 2 h后马桑毒素 B与捕杀特的 Rij值为 0 .8764 ,即由马桑毒素 B所引起的虫体内酯酶酶系的基因表达水平或生化反应型相似于捕杀特处理 ;并且马桑毒素侵入虫体后可首先导致酯酶酶系产生应激性表达 ,后期产生抑制性效应
Based on the comparison of the effects of the two kinds of insecticides on the esterase activity of parasites, the similarities and differences of esterase stress responses were analyzed. The results showed that there was a significant change in the relative activity of esterase in the tested insects after the application of the two substances. There are three types of esterase gene expression, that is, stable, stress-type and inhibitory. The distribution of isozymes, similarity coefficient Rij, cluster analysis and gene expression analysis showed that the correlation between the activity of the two compounds was not significant. However, The trapping rate of Rij was 0.8764, which indicates that the gene expression level or biochemical reaction pattern of esterase in the parasite caused by the Bombyx toxin B is similar to the trapping treatment; and the invasion of the parasite can first lead to Esterase enzyme produced stress expression, late inhibitory effect
