为揭示金属材料抵抗继续变形的能力,采用理论分析和实验的方法,按照GB/T 5028―2008国标测定了6061铝合金板材形变硬化指数n.通过单向拉伸试验,揭示了6061铝合金板塑性变形硬化曲线规律,并采用Matlab软件编程,最小二乘法线性回归拟合计算确定硬化指数、强度系数.研究结果表明:应变硬化指数为幂指数函数,采用Matlab软件编程线性回归拟合计算极大的提高了研究工作效率.
