本文针对“看病难、看病贵”这一社会热点问题,客观分析了武汉的现状、存在的问题及产生原因,研究提出了五条改进措施,即加强农村卫生工作、完善城市社区卫生服务体系、加快医疗保障制度建设、严格医药市场监管、推行“医药分开”和“收支两条线”,同时就深化全市公立医院改革提出了相关建议。 In view of the social hotspot problem of “difficult to see a doctor and expensive to see a doctor”, this article objectively analyzed the status quo, existing problems and causes of Wuhan, and proposed five improvement measures, namely, strengthening rural health work, improving urban community health service system, and accelerating The establishment of the medical security system, the strict supervision of the pharmaceutical market, the implementation of the “separation of medicines” and the “two lines of revenue and expenditure”, and at the same time it put forward relevant recommendations on deepening the reform of public hospitals in the city.
