初步建立了以消费者对政府监管能力、企业风险防控能力和食品安全信息3个维度信任水平为骨架的我国消费者食品安全信任综合评价指标体系,并开展实证研究。运用结构方程模型与层次分析集成方法对该体系进行量值归一、权重计算和累加,最终得到反映我国食品安全信任整体状况的消费者食品安全信任指数。以期为科学地测量消费者食品安全信任程度,监测我国食品安全环境和食品安全管理效果提供理论依据及数据支撑。
The index system of consumer confidence in food safety in our country has been initially set up and the empirical research has been carried out based on consumers’ trust in the three dimensions of government regulatory capabilities, corporate risk prevention and control capabilities and food safety information. Employing the method of structural equation modeling and analytic hierarchy process (AHP), the system is normalized, weighted and accumulated. Finally, the trust index of food safety reflecting the overall situation of China’s food safety trust is obtained. With a view to providing scientific evidence and data support for scientifically measuring consumer confidence in food safety and monitoring the effectiveness of China’s food safety environment and food safety management.
