患女,31岁,反复晕倒3d,心前区闷痛4h于1991年6月入院。3d前因家务纠纷精神受严重刺激,出现头晕、心悸、失眠,血压19.4/12.2kPa。27d前晨4h感到头晕、胸闷,心前区刺痛,四肢无力,晕厥2次,每次意识丧失0.5～2min,恶心,无呕吐,家中未使用煤气炉,未服用其它药物。8h来我院门诊就医,查体中又晕厥2次,每次意识丧失1～2min,无抽搐,无大小便失禁。双侧瞳孔等大2.5mm,光反应存在。急查ECG,见Q—T各导平均延长>0.12s,T(Ⅰ、Ⅲ、avF、)V_1、
Suffering from women, 31 years old, repeatedly fainted 3d, precordial pain in 4h in June 1991 admitted. The spirit of housework dispute was severely stimulated before 3d due to dizziness, palpitation, insomnia and blood pressure 19.4 / 12.2kPa. 27d 4h before dizziness, chest tightness, precordial tingling, limb weakness, fainting 2 times, each loss of consciousness 0.5 ~ 2min, nausea, vomiting, home gas stove is not used, did not take other drugs. 8h to our hospital for medical treatment, physical examination and syncope 2 times, each loss of consciousness 1 ~ 2min, no convulsions, no incontinence.
