目的:探讨自制肩台锉对钴铬合金基底冠边缘适合性的影响。方法:对6颗离体上颌中切牙分别进行常规临床预备,嵌体蜡在其上直接制取基底冠蜡型,颈缘蜡封闭边缘,包埋铸造,常规试戴基底冠,并用硅橡胶取得间隙薄膜,然后在体式显微镜100倍下观察测量其边缘区厚度作为基底冠边缘间隙(对照组)。之后采用自制肩台锉处理中切牙肩台,同样方法取得基底冠与离体牙间隙薄膜并测得边缘间隙厚度(实验组),进行统计学比较。结果:实验组硅橡胶薄膜厚度(33.77±2.16)μm显著低于对照组硅橡胶薄膜厚度(77.52±3.50)μm,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。体视显微镜下观察,实验组硅橡胶间隙薄膜厚度较对照组更加均匀一致。结论:利用肩台锉锋利面刨削肩台可以提高牙本质光滑度及钴铬合金基底冠边缘适合性。
Objective: To investigate the influence of self-made shoulder file on the coronal edge of cobalt-chromium alloy basement. Methods: 6 cases of maxillary central incisor were prepared for routine clinical preparation. In-situ paraffin wax was directly prepared on the base wax and the marginal margin of wax on the marginal edge of the incisors. The basement crowns were routinely fitted with silicone rubber The gap membrane was obtained, and then the thickness of its marginal zone was observed under a stereoscopic microscope 100 times as the basal crest clearance (control group). After that, shoulder and shoulder were treated with self-made shoulder file, the same method was used to obtain the film of the base crowns and isolated teeth, and the thickness of the edge gap was measured (experimental group) for statistical comparison. Results: The thickness of the silicone rubber film in the experimental group (33.77 ± 2.16) μm was significantly lower than that of the control silicone rubber film (77.52 ± 3.50 μm), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). Under stereomicroscope, the thickness of silicone rubber gap film in the experimental group was more uniform than that in the control group. CONCLUSIONS: Using sharpened shoulder fillets to sharpen shoulders improves the dentin smoothness and the suitability of the cobalt-chromium base crown.
