目的:测定并比较红花四季豆和超长四季豆中Cu、Mn 2种微量元素的含量。方法:硝酸和高氯酸(4+1)分解样品,火焰原子吸收光谱法(FAAS)测定。结果:红花四季豆和超长四季豆中两种微量元素存在差异,超长四季豆中Cu,Mn的含量都高于红花四季豆,回收率在99.6%~103.0%之间,RSD<3.0%。结论:实验结果可为进一步研究红花四季豆、超长四季豆的药效作用机理与上述微量元素之间的关系提供参考数据。
Objective: To determine and compare the contents of trace elements Cu and Mn in safflower green beans and long green beans. Methods: Decomposed samples of nitric acid and perchloric acid (4 + 1) were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry (FAAS). Results: The content of trace elements Cu and Mn in Caragana perfoliatum and Caragana perillae were different. The content of Cu and Mn in Caragana perfoliatum was higher than that of Caragana perfoliatum, and the recoveries were between 99.6% and 103.0%. The RSD < 3.0%. Conclusion: The experimental results can provide reference data for the further study on the relationship between the mechanism of pharmacodynamics and the above-mentioned trace elements of S. japonica L. and S. longiflorum.
