“现在有什么事一个电话,镇干部就会迅速赶到现场,办事效率高了,态度也热情多了。”浏阳市枨冲镇青山村村民李春生谈起该镇的“镇官”考核,脸上绽开了赞颂的笑容。在浏阳市委组织部支持下,2007年4月起,枨冲镇开始了乡镇干部岗位管理考核的探索之旅。41项工作按难易度、工作量分类赋分,并根据工作成效加减分;每分1000元,干部得分越高年终奖金就越多。这套全新科学的考核模式,有效促进了“镇官”的党风廉政建设,带来新农村建设的勃勃生机。
