世界上大部分水文勘探工作是使用瑞典ABEM公司的Terrameter电阻率或其它仪做器电阻率测量.尽管现在的仪器在野外操作简单,但最终的解释工作是颇为繁琐的.过去沿用的一些方法无非是把野外曲线与已出版的理论曲线图册进行拟合,或者使用其它的图型方法。总的来讲,对于大部分物探解释人员来讲,要对含水层以上有三层以上的地质断面作评价是太复杂的.现在Atlas Copco ABEM公司介绍了ABEM VES程序,它可自动解释垂向电测深曲线。该程序由瑞典卢希大学应用地球物理系开发的。
Most of the world’s hydrological surveys use Terrameter Resistivity from ABEM, Sweden, or other instrument resistivity measurements. Although the current equipment is easy to operate in the field, the final interpretation is cumbersome.
