针对25MnB履带钢的技术要求,通过合理的成分及工艺设计,实现了转炉冶炼含硼履带钢的生产。实物检验表明,化学成分控制稳定,钢水纯净度高,w(O)<20×10-6,夹杂物主要为A类及C类,级别小于1.0,连铸坯低倍检验存在轻微的中心疏松及缩孔,无其他缺陷,末端淬透性J 1.5的硬度为46.7~51.4HRC,J9的硬度为42.1~46.3HRC,J15的硬度为24.3~30.0HRC。
According to the technical requirements of 25MnB crawler steel, the production of boron-containing crawler steel by converter smelting is realized through reasonable composition and process design. The physical examination showed that the chemical composition was controlled stably and the purity of molten steel was high. The w (O) was less than 20 × 10-6. The inclusions were mainly Class A and Class C, and the grade was less than 1.0. And shrinkage cavity, no other defects, the end of the hardenability J 1.5 hardness of 46.7 ~ 51.4HRC, J9 hardness of 42.1 ~ 46.3HRC, J15 hardness of 24.3 ~ 30.0HRC.
