为了全面、准确地反映某种刀具材料的切削性能,基于对刀具耐用度误差分布的实验研究,本文提出了一种刀具材料切削性能的新的表示方法—NM 法。该法由于采用规定切削条件下刀具耐用度误差分布和据刀具耐用度正态分布 N(a,δ~2)中的 a 值为某速度下刀具耐用度代表值而建立的(?)—V 公式共同表达刀具材料的切削性能,从而弥补了常规 t—v 公式不能给出刀具耐用度一般水平和耐用度稳定性的不足。该法的采用将极大地提高刀具材料切削性能指标表达的科学性;能更加准确地予报刀具寿命,这对产品质量控制,切削过程的优化设计,特别是对柔性制造系统(FMS)和计算机辅助制造(CAM)有实际应用价值。
In order to comprehensively and accurately reflect the cutting performance of a certain kind of tool material, based on the experimental study on the error distribution of tool durability, a new expression method-NM method for cutting performance of tool material is proposed in this paper. This method is based on the error distribution of the tool durability under the specified cutting conditions and the value of a in the normal distribution N (a, δ ~ 2) of the tool durability as a representative value of the tool durability at a certain speed The formulas jointly express the cutting performance of the tool material and thus make up for the shortcoming of the conventional t-v formula that it can not give the general level of tool durability and durability stability.
